How do I place my order?

Just browse our shop, add all items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. You can view your cart, add or remove the selected items before final confirmation of you order.

Once you have made your final selection > click on 'Check Out Now' > you will be direct to PayPal page > Log in to your PayPal account OR fill in your personal details and credit card details manually if you DO NOT have a PayPal account > you will be redirect to our website for final bill with selected shipping charges > click on 'Complete My Purchase' > Sit back and wait for your order to arrive!

How can I make payment for my order?

You can pay with PayPal or with a credit card from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Select "Bank Deposit" for customer who is residing in Malaysia. 

Do I need a PayPal account to make payment for my order?

You DO NOT need a Paypal account to make your purchase.

How much will shipping cost?

RM 7 (West Malaysia) or RM 12 (East Malaysia) for Express Delivery by PosLaju/ SKYNET Malaysia (delivery takes 1-2 days).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide via Standard Airmail (Registered Mail with tracking number) OR FedEx/ EMS. It usually takes **10 - 15 working days to reach your country's immigration, depending on your location and how fast is the custom clearance in your country. 

* Effective from May 21st, 2016, our shipping rate will calculate based on the total weight of your order. You will be able to get shipping estimation from the bottom of "Your Cart" page.

 ** The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days. Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, merchandises, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours. Items may be subjected to additional control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the sender is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country.

What if I need my parcel urgently?

Please select shipping by FedEx/ EMS. The delivery time usually takes 3-5 working days depends on custom clearance in your country. 

International shipping via Standard Airmail: My orders still has not arrive after 3 weeks, what should I do?

Sometime the parcel might get stuck in your country's custom or due to delay of airplane. Please contact your local post office by telling them your tracking number and they should be able to give you an answer. If not, you may drop us an email and we will try our best to check it for you.

Do you send out orders daily?

Yes, almost daily except for Monday, public holiday and weekend. However, please place your order at least 2 days in advance for packing and preparation.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

For each and every order, your items will be carefully wrapped with selected kraft/ Japanese wrapping paper. Should you require a gift tag for your recipient, please leave us a note and we will arrange for your request at no extra cost.

Can I return my goods?

We love all the products we sell - so much so we guarantee your complete satisfaction with utmost confidence.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason your item(s) is damaged or defected, please notify us immediately at hellotabiyo@gmail.com.

All damaged or defective items must be returned in its original condition upon delivery, within 7 days of its arrival. Please include a written or typed note indicating your reason(s) for returning said item(s).

Do you have a physical shop?

Yes, we have a physical shop (opened on October 2016) located in Seremban, a small and serene town in between Kuala Lumpur and Melaka. We are slowly expanding and do check out surprises from our shop from time to time!
